The first diagram dated January 19th 1923 shows the
proposed sign with an existing Tramway sign attached to an ornate
lamp standard. Also shows the exact placing of proposed sign at the
junction of Coborn Road and Mile End Road. The second diagram (14” x
12½”) shows the sign in greater detail with dimensions, etc. Station
closed 8th December 1946.
