on the collision that occurred on 15.8.63 at Knowle and Dorridge
involving the up Birmingham Snow Hill to Paddington Pullman Express
drawn by a Western diesel-hydraulic which collided with a loaded
carflat which was part of a shunting movement being carried out by a
pannier tank. Sadly resulted in the deaths of three men in the cab
of the Western. Ten-page report plus plan and two photographs.
