SR Enamel Sign re ROAD VEHICLES & PILOTMAN
Southern Railway enamel sign “ROAD VEHICLES MUST NOT PROCEED BEYOND THIS POINT WITHOUT A PILOTMAN”. Unflanged -  36” x 18” with quite a lot of restoration to the left hand side. A very rare sign from the docks.

BR(M) Totem (FF) LIVERPOOL CENTRAL LOW LEVEL
Making only its second appearance in auction this very desirable totem in the unusual 4 feet length is a must for collectors from Liverpool. It is the only totem with LIVERPOOL in the title & is extremely difficult to obtain. In very good original condition untouched since being purchased by the vendor.

Chad Valley jigsaw puzzle made for the GWR “Locos Old & New”. A 200 piece wooden puzzle complete & in excellent condition with its original box also in excellent condition & with the insert booklet The Literature of Locomotion. A rare puzzle made between 1934 & 1939. Not often found in such good condition.

GWR 4-aspect fogmans Handlamp in very good unrestored condition. Stamped on the side “GWR” & the makers name “Bladon”, the lamp is complete with  vessel & burner that is marked BR(WR). There is a small crack in the front lens & the red aspect glass in broken in two but complete. A nice example to display with a low reserve.

Bakelite guards whistle with inset metal plate clearly engraved “L.P.T.B”to signify the London Passenger Transport Board that later became London Transport. Much less common than B.R. whistles & in excellent condition & full working order with its original pocket chain.
