(SR) Brass NAMEPLATE “MORTEHOE” and matching Scroll
from a West Country Class 4-6-2 Pacific 34094, built
at Brighton Works in 1949 and entering traffic at
Bournemouth in December. Later allocated to Nine
Elms the loco was withdrawn from there in August
1964, travelling to Woodhams at Barry to be cut up
by the end of the year. The front only of both
plates has been attractively restored. (2) BTC
