NAMEPLATE "STRATHCLYDE" ex Class 47 47818. The loco was named at
Polmadie depot Open Day in September 2000 by Prof Davis of
Strathclyde University.The plates were removed in April 2003
when with the arrival of the Voyagers the loco became surplus.
It was sold to Cotswold Rail the same month and was later named
"Joe Strummer"
