GWR brass Cabside "4903".

GWR brass Cabside Numberplate "4903"
from a “4900” Hall Class 4-6-0 "ASTLEY HALL". The
loco was allocated new to Penzance in December 1928.
Latterly shedded at Oxford, Old Oak Common, Reading,
Oxley, Southall, and Worcester before being
withdrawn in October 1964 and cut up at Steel Co.
Swansea in April 1965. The
plate is presented in attractive
unrestored condition.
Astley Hall is located at Stourport-on-Severn, being
the home of Stanley Baldwin. (See Lot 100)
