We would advise clients to collect items in person whenever possible. We can provide proof of posting for all items apart from those sent by Ordinary First Class Post. All items are carefully packed, (Totems being sent in our specially manufactured reinforced totem boxes), but if any damage is incurred whilst in transit any claims will have to be against the carrier and not Railwayana.net.
