Payment Information
January 2012 Auction

If you place a bid
in our Auction you are entering a Contract to pay for any items you
win as per the terms listed below. Please do not bid unless you are
happy to make this commitment.
Results of the
Auction Lots 1-100 will be posted on the site at 11.30am on Monday
January 9th.
You can check if
you have been successful by looking at the site or by ringing us
(01306 502044).
If you have placed
bids by the internet we will email you on July 9th/11th confirming
your purchases and to check how you want to take delivery and make
payment.
If
you wish to pay by card then you must ring us to do so. Please call
at the times listed below.
Phone calls will be
taken on 01306 502044 only at the following times:-
Tuesday 10th January 10.0 am - 6.0pm
Wednesday 11th January 10.0 am - 6.0pm
Thursday 12th January 10.0 am - 6.0pm

contact us by email after the results are on the website.
Payment Methods
1) A Buyers Premium
will be added to your Invoice of 10%. No VAT is payable.
2) Postage costs as
listed on the Lot description will be added to your Invoice if you
wish to use this option.
3)
Items from this Auction can be delivered free of charge to the GCR auction at Stoneleigh on
January 14th 2012. Items can also be taken to Dawlish in Devon.
3) Payment must be
received by Tuesday 17th January 2012.
4) You may pay by
cash or cheque if collecting from Dorking or from the GCR auction at
Stoneleigh on January 14th 2012.
5) You may pay by
cheque - All cheques payable to Railwayananet Ltd.
6) You may pay by
Bank transfer - please contact us after the auction for our Account
details.
7) You may pay by
Credit Card (please note that this will incur a 2.5% surcharge)
8) You
may pay by Debit Card (no charge).
