have originally been framed and later had holes drilled to mount
it flat on a wall. Good condition with great colour and shine

Brass CABSIDE NUMBERPLATE “3403” from a (GWR) 9400 Class
0-6-0PT. Built by the Yorkshire Engine Co with works number 2578
having been sub-contracted by the Hunslett Engine Co. who should
have built it for British Railways. Allocated new to Cardiff
East Dock in February 1956 it soon moved to Radyr where its
short working life came to an end in September 1964. Cut up at
Birds Risca in February 1965. Front only restored. |

GWR brass cased PRESSURE GAUGE with the face marked “G.W.R and
calibrated 0-200. The case is stamped “GWR” and “8.4.03” on the
rim and the whole is mounted on hardwood with a hook for
display. A superb early item in unrestored and undamaged
condition – 7’’ diameter across the face. |

being single lever and the other two double lever. These items
were part of the West side frame at Brighton Box, which was

from a Class 85 Electric Loco No 85035/85109 that was allocated
to Crewe electric. The loco was withdrawn in the early 1990’s.
The plate is stamped “85035” on the ex loco back, the front has
been neatly restored – 8½’’ x 6’’. |

1930 it remained there until withdrawn in October 1962, being
cut up at Swindon Works early in 1963. Ex loco condition – 8’’ x

MOD chromed CABSIDE PLATE “YARD No 9034” from a four-wheel
diesel mechanical loco built in 1959 with works number 3901.
Purchased by the MOD it was initially allocated to Portsmouth
Dockyard and later to Milford Haven and Treown. The loco was
scrapped in the mid 1980’s. Presented in ex loco condition –
12’’ x 6½’’. |

Interlocking at “BRISTOL STATION G W Rly”. This was presented in
March 1933 and has pictures and fold out diagrams of the
apparatus required and a large fold out track diagram for the
area to be re signaled. Very detailed and of interest to signal
enthusiasts and Bristol specialists. The document is in a bound
leather folder with dimensions 10’’ x 12’’. |

formally called St Pauls. Retains fairly good colour and shine
with a number of small face chip repairs and the letters “B” and
final “R” have been repainted white. Presented on a replacement

from the Junction at Silverdale to where the line crossed the

LMS Brass LOCOMOTIVE NAMEPLATE “CAMPERDOWN” from LMS 6P
“Jubilee” Class 4-6-0 “45680” built at Crewe in 1935. For many
years a Longsight engine it had short spells at Edge Hill,
Carlisle Upperby and Kingmoor from where it was withdrawn in
April 1963. It was cut up at Crewe Works in June 1963. The 35’’
long plate, which has been face restored only, has the Clapham
Collection number “1933/28/63” on the back as the plate
originally went there from the railway. An oval brass WORKSPLATE
“LMS BUILT 1935 CREWE” accompanies the plate. This plate is
unrestored apart from the fact that it appears to have been
lightly skimmed – 10½’’ x 6’’. |
