Payment Information May 2017 Auction

If you place a bid in our Auction you are entering a Contract to pay for any items you win as per the terms listed below. Please do not bid unless you are happy to make this commitment.

Results of Auction Lots 1 - 225 will be available online on Monday 21st May 2017 at 11.30am.

You can check if you have been successful by looking at the site or by waiting until you receive an Invoice through the post.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST WAIT TO RECEIVE AN INVOICE BEFORE PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASES.

You may also contact us by email chris@railwayana.net or phone on 01306 502044 after the results are on the website to discuss any questions you have regarding this Auction. Office hours regarding this Auction are 10.0am - 5.0pm from Tuesday 23rd May - Thursday 1st June. After that date all calls with enquiries relating to the Auction, apart from those giving us information re collection of items, must be to our Headquarters on 01327 262193/263633

Payment Methods

1) A Buyers Premium will be added to your Invoice of 15% + VAT (20%) Total 18% commission.

2) Some items can be posted to you - please check the item description before bidding if you require this method of delivery. All postage and packing will be handled by Railwayana.Net Ltd and will require a separate payment to this company (by cheque or PayPal only) and not to Great Central Auctions. If an item can be posted an approximate cost is given on the Lot page. If more then one item needs posting some postage costs can be combined - if this is the case please call 01306 502044 or preferably email for details after the sale.

3) Items from this Auction can be delivered free of charge to the GCR Auction at Stoneleigh on June 3rd 2017.

4) Items from this Auction can be delivered free of charge to the Solent Auction at Wickham on June 17th 2017.

5) Items can be collected from our Headquarters at Woodford Halse during office hours by arrangement.

6) Items can be collected from our Dorking Office or one of the Stations.

7) Payment must be received by Thursday 1st June 2017 unless you have contacted us to make alternative arrangements.

8) You may pay by cheque - All cheques payable to Great Central Railwayana Ltd and posted to GCR Auctions, 14, School Street, Woodford Halse, Daventry NN11 3RL.

9) You may pay by Bank transfer - please contact Great Central Railwayana Auctions after the sale for their Account details.

10) You may pay by Credit Card (please note that this will incur a 2.0% surcharge)

11) You may pay by Debit Card (no charge).
